Biltmore Winery Tour and Cariage House Shop, Asheville, North Carolina
Scott Guerin designed the Carriage House Gift Shop, a 10,000 square-foot space, to enable Biltmore Estate master carpenters to build it in-house. The Winery Tour, completed in an earlier phase, starts with an orientation to the history of wine using artifacts from the Estate's collection. Visitors then take a behind-the-scenes look at the processes of making wine and conclude the tour with a wine tasting experience.
