The Empire State Building Observatory Tour
A customized 360 degree panorama is used to access tour information by matching numbers in the panorama to those mounted to Observatory's fence. To reduce the clutter of labels on the panorama, the labels are in two layers. When the user zooms in, new labels replace the top layer.
