Petronas Discovery Centre: Petrosains, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
A 100,000-square-foot design/build science center interprets Malaysia’s petroleum resources and industry. Techniques range from hands-on interactives to complex electromechanical models, decision theaters, simulators, and the custom-designed ARIF, a Apple Newton-based mobile multimedia learning system. Scott Guerin was the lead project designer, and Jane Dodds was the exhibit developer and writer for the 5,000-square-foot Formations Gallery.
